It is my passion to offer modalities that promote and support vibrant health, emotional and spiritual
wellness, balanced energy and facilitate an overall sense of well-being. I also enjoy teaching and
empowering others to be their own "healers." We are spiritual and energetic beings, and as such
we each have the capacity to balance and bring wellness to ourselves.
The modalities I offer include Reiki—for people and pets, Infinite Light Healing, Wellness Coaching,
wellness, balanced energy and facilitate an overall sense of well-being. I also enjoy teaching and
